1. Card Service Description

The Infin8ty debit card service provides you with a Visa-branded debit card that can be used for purchases, ATM withdrawals, and other transactions worldwide where Visa is accepted.

2. Card Eligibility and Application

To be eligible for a debit card, you must have an active Infin8ty account, complete our verification process, and maintain sufficient funds in your account. Card applications are subject to approval.

3. Card Activation and Security

You must activate your card before first use and set up appropriate security measures including PIN selection. You are responsible for keeping your card and PIN secure and confidential.

4. Card Usage and Limits

Your card is subject to daily and monthly spending limits as determined by your account type and verification level. These limits are designed for security and regulatory compliance.

5. Transaction Processing

Card transactions are processed through the Visa network and may take varying amounts of time to appear in your account. Some transactions may be subject to additional verification.

6. Fees and Charges

Card usage may be subject to various fees including ATM withdrawal fees, foreign transaction fees, and account maintenance fees. All applicable fees are disclosed in our fee schedule.

7. International Usage

Your card can be used internationally where Visa is accepted. International transactions may be subject to foreign exchange rates and additional fees as disclosed in our terms.

8. Disputed Transactions

If you believe there is an error in a card transaction, you must notify us promptly. We will investigate disputed transactions according to applicable regulations and our dispute resolution procedures.

9. Lost or Stolen Cards

You must immediately report lost or stolen cards to prevent unauthorized use. We will block the card and issue a replacement. You may be liable for unauthorized transactions if you fail to report the loss promptly.

10. Card Replacement

We may replace your card due to expiration, damage, or security concerns. Replacement cards will be sent to your registered address and may be subject to replacement fees.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use your card for illegal activities, money laundering, or any activities prohibited by applicable laws. Such use may result in card cancellation and account termination.

12. Card Cancellation

We may cancel your card at any time for security reasons, regulatory compliance, or violation of these terms. You may also request card cancellation by contacting our customer service.
